Here?s a quick and easy low calorie snack you can make anytime. This high-protein, low calorie snack travels well, and tastes great.

1 can of garbanzo beans
Gluten-free Cajun spice seasoning (with salt)
Drain, rinse and carefully dry garbanzo beans. Spray a cookie sheet with olive oil and place beans on sheet. Sprinkle with Cajun spice seasoning and mix to coat the beans with oil and spice. Place in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Turn oven off and leave pan in the oven for 5-10 more minutes. Beans will be golden brown and still a little soft. (Be careful not to over-cook, because they can get too hard to eat!)
Enjoy these for an afternoon snack or as a treat for evening guests.
