Is FOOD Making You SICK?

It may seem obvious to you, but it wasn’t to me! I thought it was normal to feel icky after eating. I thought that feeling of being bloated and too-full even though I didn’t over eat was normal. Newsflash: Food shouldn’t make you sick! And you also shouldn’t have to take medicine regularly to digest the foods you eat. Having to take digestive aids, antacids, etc. is a good indication that you are not eating foods compatible with your body. Considering that gluten intolerance can manifest in the body in over 100 different ways, and dairy intolerance can result in a host of seemingly unrelated symptoms, here’s a little quiz to help you decide if maybe food is the culprit causing chronic health problems.

Are you feeling bloated, gassy and sometimes nauseated ? especially toward the end of your workday?
